KIDSPORT

JKCC is registered with KidSport at Joondalup and Wanneroo and also Chittering Councils.

KidSport enables eligible West Aussies aged 5-18 to participate in Community Sport by assisting with a voucher for $150 against club fees.

To be eligible the child needs to be:

  • Aged 5 to 18 years

  • A resident in Western Australia

  • Named on a valid Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card

  • Registering with a KidSport approved club.  Find a KidSport club.

If your child will be 5 for the majority of the playing season, then the KidSport application will still be considered. If your child is 18 at the time of application they will still be eligible for KidSport.

Parents follow this link below to the KidsSport page and apply online by following instructions

https://www.dlgsc.wa.gov.au/funding/sport-and-recreation-funding/kidsport

Having met the above eligibility criteria (you will have to show Concession cards etc in the application) and applied for a KidsSport Voucher and it has been approved you will be sent a Kids Sport Voucher Code.

When registering at JKCC in the new  PlayHQ system you will be asked if you have a government voucher (as in KidSport) to use and at that point enter the code you were given by KidSport and $150 should come off your JKCC fees.

If you have any questions, please contact Junior Secretary.
