At our Club, we believe in the power of inclusivity and warmly welcome players of all abilities. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging and camaraderie.
Our Inclusive Approach
We are dedicated to fostering an environment of acceptance and support. Whether you're an experienced player or new to the game, we extend our arms wide to welcome you to our cricket family. We also encourage players' families, caregivers, and friends to become a part of our close-knit community.
The Power of Cricket
Cricket serves as the catalyst for bringing together players and their loved ones. It's not just a game; it's a way for individuals and families to forge friendships, create lasting memories, and most importantly, have fun! We have witnessed how joining our cricket club has been a life-changing experience for many of our players.
A Decade of Dedication
Our inclusive programs have a rich history that spans a decade. It all began with Cricket Champs, a program designed for kids with special needs aged 6 to 12. Through this program, we've been able to provide a supportive and enjoyable cricket experience that caters to the unique needs of these young players. Over the years, our numbers and our kids have grown up, and we now offer a comprehensive range of teams:
Cricket Champs: Our flagship program continues to provide a nurturing cricket experience for kids aged 6 to 12. This 10-week program runs over the summer on Friday nights, creating a vibrant atmosphere of learning and enjoyment.
Junior Team: For youth aged 12 to 16, our Junior Team offers a space for skill development, teamwork, and friendship. Training takes place on Friday nights, and games are played on Sundays, fostering a well-rounded cricket experience.
Senior Teams: We proudly host two Senior teams for adults aged 17 and up. These teams provide an avenue for players of all skill levels to engage in the sport they love. Like the Junior Team, Senior teams train on Friday nights and compete in matches on Sundays.
Integrated Cricket Experience
Our Junior and Senior teams are affiliated with Cricket WA and actively participate in matches against other Integrated Teams. This affiliation not only showcases our commitment to the sport but also promotes a sense of healthy competition and camaraderie.
Friday nights at our Club remain a cherished tradition, where cricket, laughter, and community intersect. It's a time when players, families, and friends can all come together to celebrate the spirit of cricket.
